Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide in-home support with flexible scheduling and options for PRN, part-time, and potential to grow hours. PCA pay rate is $18 per hour and is paid weekly, with shifts available across DAYS, EVES, and NOC.

On-call staff support and ongoing education credits are provided. Responsibilities include assisting clients of all ages at home with daily activities, hygiene, grooming, shopping, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Six months' experience in a comparable job classification, current CNA certification or completed first semester of nursing school.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR preferred, but not required.
• 2 professional references required.
• Valid Driver's License and current car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities for clients of all ages in the client's home.
• Assist clients with hygiene, grooming and comfort needs, i.e., toileting, bathing, companionship.
• Assist with shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping and companionship.
