Personal Care Aide (PCA) Job Duties

• Responsible for personal care and incidental activities of daily living for clients of all ages in client homes.
• Provide aid for client’s hygiene, grooming, and comfort needs, such as toileting, bathing, and companionship.
• Provide aid with shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and socialization activities.

Experience

• Six months’ experience in a comparable care aide classification, current CNA license, or completion of the first semester of nursing school.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR preferred, but not required.
• Two professional references required.
• Background check.
• Driver’s license and current car insurance.
