Job summary

Mays Plus is hiring a part-time PCA to assist elderly and disabled clients with personal care, light housekeeping and daily tasks. You will support clients in their homes, run errands, prepare meals and help with mobility as needed.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and reliable communication with the care team. Training will be provided, and the position offers flexible hours to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, bathing, personal care, meal prep and related daily tasks.
• Follow established care plans and report changes to the supervisor.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered support to elderly and disabled clients.

As a PCA, you will work with the elderly and those with disabilities assisting with a wide range of services such as: light housekeeping, running errands, bathing, assisting in personal care, meal prep, etc.

Qualifications:

Demonstrates a mature and caring attitude. Works as a team member and accepts verbal and written instructions. Communicates well with client and team members. Must pass OSBI screening, have a telephone, dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license and liability insurance. CNA/CHHA certification is beneficial, but not required.

We will train the right applicant.
