Job summary

Integrity At Home is seeking experienced, compassionate caregivers to join our Lehigh Valley team on a part-time basis. We offer flexible schedules, no minimum hours, free training, and opportunities for pay raises as you gain experience.

As a caregiver you will follow individual care plans, assist with mobility, prepare meals, provide companionship, help with daily living activities, and perform light housekeeping. We provide quick onboarding and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• High School diploma or GED
• Background check and TB test prior to working with clients; onboarding assists with these steps
• Demonstrated competency in direct care via experience or training program provided at no cost

Responsibilities

• Follow a pre-determined care plan for each client
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers
• Prepare and serve meals
• Provide companionship and encourage daily activity
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming
• Maintain a safe, clean environment through light housekeeping, grocery shopping and laundry

Requirements

• Age 18+
• High School diploma or GED.
• All caregivers are required to complete a background check, reference check, and TB test prior to working with clients. We will assist you with completing these during the on-boarding process.
• Exhibit competency in skills and knowledge related to direct care. This may be satisfied by previous experience or a training program we will provide at no cost.
