Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Background check, reference check, and TB test prior to working with clients; we assist with onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Follow a pre-determined care plan for each client.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Provide companionship and encourage daily activity.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping, shopping, and laundry.
