Job summary

Integrity At Home in Bethlehem, PA is seeking experienced caregivers to join our team. This part-time role offers flexible schedules with no minimum hours, allowing you to balance other commitments while earning extra income.

You will follow individualized care plans, assist with mobility and daily activities, provide companionship, prepare meals, and help with ADLs. We offer free training, weekly pay, and opportunities for raises as you gain experience.

As a Caregiver with Integrity at Home your responsibilities may include:

• Ability to follow a pre-determined care plan, unique to each client.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Provide companionship and encourage daily activity to promote physical and emotional well-being.
• Help clients with their activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and laundry.

Requirements

• Age 18+
• High School diploma or GED.
• All caregivers are required to complete a background check, reference check, and TB test prior to working with clients. We will assist you with completing these during the on-boarding process.
• Exhibit competency in skills and knowledge related to direct care. This may be satisfied by previous experience or a training program we will provide at no cost.
