The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and builds sales for the Francis Kurkdjian beauty line. The role focuses on developing client relationships, meeting sales goals, and delivering expert product and treatment consultations.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, building relationships from consultation through follow-up, using clienteling tools, maintaining a welcoming counter, and representing the brand with the team.

Qualificações

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, preferably exceeding quota.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to use clienteling tools and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide an exceptional experience from consultation through follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences.
