Bloomingdale’s Cosmetic Beauty Advisors are experts capable of providing excellent service and selling totality of our assortment both in store and on-line. A Beauty Advisor’s primary focus is to build and maintain client relationships by offering outstanding service and product knowledge, while maintaining compelling merchandise presentation.

The Beauty Advisor is welcoming, friendly, and engaged - keeping excitement alive on the sales floor and always putting the needs of the customer first.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous selling experience is required, preferably in cosmetics
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays

Mansioni

• Build and maintain client relationships by offering outstanding service and product knowledge
• Sell totality of our assortment in-store and online
• Provide makeup application lessons, skin care consultations and trend advice
• Support merchandising and operational requirements on the sales floor
• Use technology to drive sales and engage with online clients
