Job summary

Manasquan Bank in Spring Lake Heights, NJ is seeking a Universal Banker to provide personalized banking services, open and maintain customer accounts, and actively promote bank products. This full-time role supports customer relationships in a fast-paced branch environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and 2–3 years of direct customer service experience in a banking setting, with preferred teller experience and sales ability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in a direct customer service capacity, preferably in a banking environment.
• Prior experience in sales capacity preferred.
• Prior teller experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a relationship banking environment by assessing customer needs and recommending bank products and services.
• Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts following Bank policies.
• Provide personalized banking services to current and prospective customers and strive for satisfaction and retention.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Execute teller duties, including complex transactions and cash handling following procedures.
