Job summary

Fifth Third Bank North Hamilton West is seeking a Personal Banker I to join our team. The role emphasizes consultative sales, building customer relationships, and handling teller transactions in a retail financial center environment.

You'll complete onboarding, rotations, and a certification program to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family, with opportunities across lobby leadership and outreach activities while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to identify current and future financial needs and build customer profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services; recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell and refer to partners for holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; support center revenue growth.
• Assist in opening/servicing Retail products and loan/credit processes.
