Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships and identify client needs.
• Experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging diverse clients.
• Adaptability to learn new information and technology platforms.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
