Job summary

Bank of America is hiring for a frontline client associate role focused on in-branch transactions and building client relationships. You will educate clients on self-service options and process cash transactions accurately while engaging in meaningful conversations to identify solutions that meet financial goals.

The role requires a proactive, customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends or extended hours at various branches within a reasonable commuting

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services and knowledge of products and solutions is desirable.
• One year of sales experience in a salary-plus incentive environment with individual goals is preferred.
• Six months of cash handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence.
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
• Follows processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to laws and regulations.
• Grows knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
• Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
• Drives the client experience and handles cash responsibilities.
