Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minnesota seeks a Relationship Banker to cultivate trusted client relationships, assess banking needs, and guide customers to deposit and loan products while supporting branch operations.

You will originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and help customers manage their banking with available digital tools. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, NMLS registration, and up to four years of retail banking experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Reg Z and ongoing compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than four years job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them to provide the best possible counsel.
• Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, and manage branch activities.
