Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted customer relationships, assess banking needs, and provide counseling on deposit and loan products. You will open/close accounts and originate consumer loans while delivering a high level of service in a branch setting.

The role requires NMLS registration, a high school diploma, and several years of retail banking experience. Strong communication, adaptability to new platforms, and knowledge of policies are expected.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under S.A.F.E. Act and Reg Z is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five or more years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them where they need counsel.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend financial solutions.
• Originate and close consumer loans, open and/or close accounts, and handle branch responsibilities.
