Responsibilities

• Takes a lead in proactively engaging with existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Engages customers to complete assessments identifying financial solutions and preferred banking channels.
• Offers advice on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking and improve the customer experience.
• Supports customer transaction needs and works to generate appointments and new relationships.
• Performs risk management to protect assets and ensure regulatory compliance in lending processes.
• Makes credit recommendations for personal lending transactions, including home financing, per policy.
