Qualifications

• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Verbal & written communication skills – good.
• Organization and collaboration skills – good.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice on financial solutions.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Makes credit recommendations for personal lending transactions including home financing.
• Acts as a key member of a collaborative branch and market team.
• Protects customers as per risk management framework and regulatory requirements.
