You will assess customer needs and offer fitting lending and financial solutions while delivering a high level of service. This role emphasizes a consultative sales approach, collaboration with branch teams, and a commitment to helping customers manage and grow their finances.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regulatory awareness relevant to US consumer lending and securities is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales with a focus on personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans in US market in alignment with Regulation Z, Regulation G, and SAFE Act.
• Conduct needs-based assessments and provide guidance on financial solutions.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers and community partners.
