• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products.

Responsibilities

• Takes a lead in proactively engaging with existing customers and prospects by assessing needs to grow loyalty and opportunities.
• Engages customers to complete needs assessments identifying financial solutions and preferred banking channels.
• Advises on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy and fast.
• Builds relationships within the community and nurtures customer conversations to provide strategic advice.
