Bank of Montreal in the United States is seeking a Branch Associate within Retail Banking Sales & Service. You will deliver exceptional service, identify customer needs, and guide customers toward suitable financial solutions.

You will work across the branch and with partners to ensure a seamless customer experience and relationship growth. You will guide customers through digital tools and engage in needs-based conversations about everyday banking, cards, and investments while supporting risk

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress (Canada-specific).
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales with a personal customer experience.
• Drive to deliver a personal customer experience and results in a team environment.
• Resourceful self-starter with courage to approach customers.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
• Identifies customer needs and provides guidance on financial solutions.
• Works with branch and BMO partners to deliver the customer experience.
