Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or related certification desirable.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones and online tools.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role desirable.
• Basic knowledge of banking solutions and ability to refer to specialists.
• Strong commitment to helping customers and delivering personal experiences.
• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to different capacities.

Responsibilities
