Job summary

BMO U.S. in Beloit, WI is seeking a branch associate to deliver exceptional service, identify customer needs, and advise on financial solutions across personal banking and digital channels.

You will work with branch and partner teams to grow customer relationships, guide clients to alternative banking channels, and contribute to branch performance while adhering to risk and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales roles appealing to personal banking.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Strong commitment to helping customers and delivering a personal experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers in the branch lobby and through digital channels.
• Identify needs and advise on financial solutions that fit customers’ interests.
• Collaborate with branch and partners to drive customer experience and referrals.
