Bank of America is seeking an enthusiastic Financial Center Client Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect clients with specialists.

You will deepen client relationships through platform services, support self-service transactions, and provide exceptional client care. The role involves outbound calls and regular follow-ups to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to engage clients in-person or by phone.
• Ability to learn new information, adapt to changing circumstances, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies when uncovering personal banking needs and helping clients navigate their life priorities.
• Assists, educates, and trains clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies.
• Leverages available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
• Adheres to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing day-to-day activities, such as opening accounts, account maintenance, and Digital Assisted Shopping.
• Manages client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients and abiding by all regulatory requirements.
