Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions for personal banking needs.
• Assist, educate, and train clients on self-service transactions.
• Use available resources and processes to optimize the client experience and ensure accuracy.
• Open accounts, maintain accounts, and support Digital Assisted Shopping in daily activities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and determine best actions for clients and the bank.
