Responsibilities

• Provide fast, easy, and personal client service while resolving issues and building relationships.
• Promote banking products and services to clients and prospects.
• Achieve sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Open and process checking/savings accounts and refer additional products.
• Educate clients about digital banking platforms and self-service tools.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation of transactions.
