Job summary

First Community Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker for our Spring Branch location in Houston, TX. The PB will work with existing members and recruit new ones to use our financial products.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sales or financial experience, a strong focus on meeting goals, and the ability to manage appointments in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• One to three years of financial or related experience with sales or quotas.
• No required certifications.

Responsibilities

Description

We are currently seeking a Personal Banker for our Spring Branch location. The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services.

The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of one to three years prior sales or financial institution experience in which achieving goals/quotas were met on a routine basis.

This position effectively manages multiple appointments in a busy environment while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the PB is accountable for meeting monthly goals, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities.

Saturday availability is required.
