First Community Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker for our Spring Branch location in Houston. The PB will work with existing members and solicit new members to use various credit union products and services.
The candidate should have 1–3 years of sales or financial institution experience with routine quota attainment. The role includes meeting monthly goals and cross-sell opportunities, with Saturday availability required.
We are currently seeking a Personal Banker for our Spring Branch location. The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services.
The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of one to three years prior sales or financial institution experience in which achieving goals/quotas were met on a routine basis.
This position effectively manages multiple appointments in a busy environment while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the PB is accountable for meeting monthly goals, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities.
