Responsibilities

• Process transactions through a teller platform, verify cash, disperse cash and handle deposits/payments.
• Assist with end-of-day processing and check imaging accuracy.
• Provide account information and answer inquiries, including telephone transfers.
• Open new deposit accounts and resolve problems while guiding customers to banking products.
• Promote bank products and services to generate customer interest and action.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Serve all retail and business deposit accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Read and apply bank policies and operating manuals; maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; travel for trade and industry schools as needed.
