Job summary

Bank Forward is seeking a part-time teller in Fargo to handle customer transactions and cash processes with accuracy and courtesy. The role includes ATM balance support, vault tasks, and product referrals.

The position emphasizes precise cash handling, daily reconciliations, and exceptional service to customers in a weekday schedule. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Bookkeeping reconciliation from daily reports and cash book.
• Secure cash and balance cash drawer daily.
• Maintain vault cash and limits and assist with balancing of the vault.
• Process and balance daily image and proof transactions.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills by greeting customers in person or on the phone in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Provide referrals to company products and services through the recognition of customer’s needs.
• Balance, re-fill, troubleshoot ATM machine errors, complete ATM deposits.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Work Hours

Part-time, 20-24 hours between 7:30am-6pm, Monday-Friday and no Saturday shifts.
