Job summary

Bank of Colorado in Fort Morgan is seeking a customer-focused Teller to join our Fort Morgan branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, checks, and other transactions while delivering friendly service and maintaining accuracy in record keeping.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing access to safe deposit boxes when needed, processing mail and night drop items, balancing the cash drawer, and supporting a positive, confidential, team-oriented environment during weekday hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Provides quality service and develops long term customer relationships. Receives and pays money to bank customers and maintains accurate record keeping of deposits and withdrawals, negotiable instruments, and other bank transactions.

Compensation: $18-$20

Hours: Monday through Friday 8-5 Rotating Saturdays

• KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of general banking principles preferred with willingness to participate in educational opportunities
• Knowledge of basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Skill in communicating with clients and co-workers in courteous and professional manner.
• Skill in operating computer terminals and printers, back counter capture machine, coin machine and copier.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to function as a team player.

Education And Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent.
