Position Overview

As an Branch Banker RRT within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in the Scranton Region.

Job Description
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities and identify referral opportunities. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Deliver comprehensive PNC conversations to identify suitable solutions, leveraging ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience. Engage customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products. Educate on managing transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and resolve customer issues effectively, fostering loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment, and avoiding loss. Ensure branch operations and transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications
