You will assess customer needs and effectively upsell banking products, provide notary services if licensed, handle deposits and withdrawals, and support branch operations while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' customer service experience, with 1 year cash handling; retail banking preferred.
• Proficient in cash handling and teller duties with basic math accuracy.
• Able to identify sales opportunities and promote bank products.
• Notary services if licensed and willingness to support branch operations.
• Adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists in selecting products to meet needs.
• Balances cash drawer and handles daily teller duties.
• Outreach to customers to promote Bank and digital products.
• Meet and exceed sales and service goals for branch and customers.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; respond to inquiries.
• Support branch operations and maintain compliance with policies.
