Job summary

Citizens Bank's Eagle Branch in Eagle, WI is hiring a full-time Personal Banker to build relationships with customers by handling non-lending transactions and cross-selling products.

You will open and close accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, assist with digital banking access, and support customers with inquiries; hours are 38-40 per week, with business hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related banking experience preferred.
• Vault experience preferred.
• Personal banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by handling non-lending transactions.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs.
• Open/close savings, checking, money market and CD accounts.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and digital banking access.
