Cambridge Savings Bank in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Personal Banker at Harvard Square to help customers manage their bank accounts and finances. The role focuses on building long-term relationships, delivering strong service, and promoting bank products and services.

You will handle transactions, maintain knowledge of offerings, and balance cash daily while supporting branch operations. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits for full-time staff.

• Sell and cross-sell bank products and services to prospective and existing customers based on their needs.
• Balance cash at end of day and assist with branch settlement.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• Sell and cross-sell the products and services of the Bank and its partners to prospective and existing business and personal customers based on their needs.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Location: Cambridge, MA Salary Range: $20.85 - $27/hr.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $20.85 - $27/hr. Cambridge Savings Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
