Proactively develop client relationships through effective use of profiles and bank sales processes. Coordinate bank resources to help clients achieve financial goals while providing profitable products and services. Focus on maximizing client retention through excellent service and relationship management over time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform sales activities approximately 80% of the time, including cross-selling accounts and services.
2. Expand high-value customer relationships through profiling, needs evaluation, and proposing solutions.
3. Provide qualified investment referrals to appropriate personnel.
4. Sell credit life and disability insurance if licensed.
5. Understand and sell against the competitive market.
