Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker II program in the Winter Garden, FL area. Selected candidates will complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, culminating in certification to perform as a Retail Personal Banker.

The role emphasizes sales development, relationship building, and promoting a full range of banking products to meet customer needs.

Formación

• Experience with consultative sales and ability to identify customer needs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for financial discussions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced retail banking environment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment (NMLS) per policy.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend suitable solutions.
