An established industry player is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional service and foster strong customer relationships. In this on-site role, you will handle routine banking transactions, support customers in managing their finances, and promote various banking products. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be key as you navigate customer needs and ensure compliance with regulations. As a Personal Banker, you will provide best-in-class service by processing routine banking transactions and developing deep customer relationships to understand their needs. You will identify and offer appropriate personal and business financial products, educate customers on alternative transaction channels, and work in a cross-functional team within a universal banking model. This position is on-site.
