Frost is seeking a Personal Banker I to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly banking experiences and solutions. You will cover both teller and personal banking services, educate customers on deposits and loans, and build trusted relationships.

You will maintain cash on hand, process transactions, manage risk, and participate in ongoing training to stay compliant with banking policies and laws. A strong service mindset is essential to success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and personal banking services while meeting consumer banking performance standards.
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and service or account maintenance issues.
• Uphold integrity and use good judgment in every customer interaction.
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing per bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and prepare daily teller settlements and transaction proofs.
• Manage risk and actively participate in loss prevention.
• Attend teller and personal banking training to stay current with policies and laws.
• Develop relationships with clients and be their primary contact.
• Provide guidance to customers on their financial journey.
• Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve optimal outcomes.
