Selected candidates complete a 4-8 week onboarding and may rotate through operations and Sales & Service. The program offers a pathway to a Personal Banker I role with strong emphasis on risk and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or work experience in financial services is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to analyze financial information and perform basic math for credit decisions.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Familiarity with Retail policies and sound judgment for decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration is required at the time of employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and advise on suitable solutions.
• Reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved tools to set appointments.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners to refer customers.
• Meet and strive to exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes and ensure customer confidentiality.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and promptly address customer questions.
