Nicolet National Bank is seeking a Personal Banker II to drive new customer growth and deepen relationships across deposit, digital, and lending services. You will serve as a trusted advisor with advanced knowledge in home equity lending and consumer products.

The role emphasizes consultative conversations, portfolio growth, and collaboration with internal specialists to provide a full financial experience for customers in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional finance coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of banking experience in personal banking or teller duties.
• Experience with consumer lending and credit analysis is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales, service, and referral goals.
• Strong customer engagement and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly personalized and consultative customer experience across in‑person, phone, and digital channels.
• Conduct deeper financial conversations to understand needs and recommend deposit, lending, and digital solutions.
• Lead or assist in originating consumer loans with emphasis on Home Equity products; analyze credit and prepare applications.
• Open and service accounts; process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold Nicolet policies; support branch operations.
