Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS.
• Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• use consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products and propose solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and reach out for periodic reviews.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals; contribute to revenue growth.
