Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
• Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to assess financial needs and build customer profiles.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outreach for financial reviews.
• Establish relationships with partners across Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Assist in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application to closing.
• Support opening/closing of Financial Centers or Bank Marts as directed.
• Adhere to policies and manage risk.
