Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and needs assessment to identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Build relationships with partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and team production goals.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Follow bank policies and manage risk while serving customers.
