Qualifications

• Previous loan experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ banking experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
• NMLS registration may be required*

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients for deposits and loans; cross-sell other bank products and services.
• Deliver the Republic Experience to every client every time.
• Monitor new accounts and ensure onboarding is followed and completed.
• Open and close deposit accounts for business and personal clients per bank policies.
• Adhere to the Bank’s new client onboarding process and procedures.
• Reach out to existing clients to cross-sell and expand relationships.
• Take loan applications using a consultative approach and assist in resolutions.
• Address loan questions and follow up as needed.
• Ensure posted deposit rate information is current and communicated.
• Perform teller transactions and make hold decisions as needed.
• Learn credit culture to present appropriate credits for approval.
• Stay informed on compliance requirements and regulatory changes.
• Model and promote Bank values and a culture of trust and accountability.
• Willingly perform other duties and projects as assigned.
