Qualifications

• Previous loan experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' previous banking experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years' previous sales experience required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
• NMLS registration may be required*

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients for additional deposits and loans using consultative sales techniques to cross-sell bank products.
• Deliver the Republic Experience to every client every time.
• Monitor new accounts to ensure cross-sales are activated and onboarding is complete.
• Open and close all types of deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs) for business and personal clients.
• Adhere to the bank's onboarding process and procedures for new clients.
• Call on existing clients to cross-sell for additional products or expanded relationships.
• Take loan applications proactively and provide timely follow-up on questions.
