Ideal candidates have strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability, with a focus on accurate handling of deposits, withdrawals, and payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in financial services with cross-sales/new accounts experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PCs/email.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to adapt and learn in a changing environment.
• Professional and empathetic customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service to customers with courteous, professional interactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately.
• Support branch cash responsibilities including balancing and reconciliation.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Handle debit card requests, stop payments, and check holds.
• Open and service Retail, Business, trusts, CD and IRA accounts.
