Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Engage clients in financial reviews to identify needs and solutions.
• Open consumer and business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Originate consumer and small business loans with accuracy.
• Collaborate with tellers and other partners to meet branch goals.
• Refer clients to appropriate bank partners for additional services.
• Maintain proactive client contact and issue resolution.
• Support the branch with cash handling and daily operations.
• Promote a wide range of bank products and services.
