Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 1 year of Teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Ability to actively develop consumer lending skills.
• Accurate cash handling, balance accountability and drawer management.
• Strong focus on expanding client relationships and cross-selling.
• NMLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Provide outstanding client service and timely responses to inquiries.
• Identify needs, make recommendations, and refer to appropriate partners.
• Uncover consumer lending opportunities and originate when possible.
• Engage clients in financial reviews to provide solutions.
• Resolve issues and ensure follow-through; support teller functions when needed.
