You will promote bank products and support a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must pass background check
• Ability to work well in a team

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash in a high-volume environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and promote bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Aim to achieve monthly new account production.
• Participate in an active sales environment with in-store prospecting.
• Process deposits and cash transfers and balance daily transactions.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit checks and verify identifications.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts.
• Cross-sell bank services and products.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Work within established approval limits.
