First Convenience Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in Lindale at the FCB Lindale Wal-Mart location. The role requires handling cash, building customer relationships, and promoting bank products in a fast-paced setting.

You will process deposits, conduct transactions, and cross-sell services while serving a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers. A HS diploma or equivalent and ability to work a flexible schedule are required.

Formación

• At least 18 years of age required.
• High school diploma, equivalency, or currently attending high school.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass background investigation per company policy.
• Ability to work well with co-workers in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products to support financial success.
• Process deposits and payouts, balance daily operations, and record transactions accurately.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and guard against counterfeit items.
• Enter transactions in the computer system and issue receipts; cross-sell bank services.
• Support a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population.
