Parker Staffing, LLC. is hiring a Personal Banker in Seattle to build client relationships and provide personalized banking support. You will open accounts, handle deposits and lending needs, and promote digital tools while supporting branch operations.

The role focuses on consultative service, product recommendations, and growth of consumer and small business accounts with opportunities for commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years banking experience preferred.
• Experience recommending products or managing client relationships is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital banking tools.
• Strong math, organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen consumer and small business banking relationships.
• Open new accounts and assist with deposits and lending needs.
• Identify financial needs through consultative conversations and recommend solutions.
• Support growth of deposits, loans and client relationships.
• Provide exceptional service and resolve client questions and concerns.
• Introduce clients to digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Conduct outreach to local businesses and community groups.
• Assist with daily branch operations and serve as a welcoming contact for clients.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team via in-person, phone or video.
